Through the enjoyable blog of Tamás Patrovits, the program of Kultúrház can be seen. It presents the exhibition titled Hommage to Kovásznai in Gallery Pixel until 19th January, 2009. This exhibition is well-worth visiting, so all those who have managed to miss it so far should make up for the loss soon!

In the article titled “Cult animation through today’s eyes” Dávid Attila Székely again wrote an extensive article on the topic of procecting the original 35 mm copy of Bubble Bath (KINO, 29 October, 2008). It is already the second interesting article about the film on Prae Site after Oliver Horváth’s earlier article titled “Mirth-provoking the psychedelic sociography“.

The projection of Bubble Bath on 29th October attracted an unexpectedly large audience; namely, twice as many visitors arrived at the KINO projection room as there were available seats. After the successfull projection ofonInternational Animation Day an article was published in Népszabadság by Gyula Varsányi. We hope that more and more people can watch Kovásznai films in the future. The Kovásznai retrospective exhibition organised in late 2009 opens the possibility for everyone to have a look at this unique lifework.
